Labor Warranty Coverage:
Wolf River Construction hereby warrants all labor performed by our team for a period of 10 Years from the date of project completion. This warranty covers any defects in workmanship and guarantees that all labor will be executed in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
Exclusions:
Please note that this Labor Warranty is exclusive to workmanship and does not extend to materials or products used in the project. All materials, including but not limited to solar panels, electrical components, and construction materials, are covered by their respective manufacturers’ warranties. We advise clients to refer to each manufacturer’s warranty policy for specific coverage details and claim procedures.
Warranty Claims:
Should you encounter any issues related to our labor within the warranty period, we urge you to contact us immediately. Wolf River Construction will assess the situation and, if the issue falls within the scope of our Labor Warranty, we will rectify the problem at no additional cost to you.
Limitations:
This warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs or modifications, accidents, or acts of God. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original client.
